SCHOLARSHIPS
WIA is devoted to increasing the visibility and viability of women in architecture. WIA has developed scholarships to aid deserving female architecture professionals.
Emerging Female Scholarship
This scholarship will be awarded to TWO Emerging Female Professionals who are currently working towards licensure. This year, each winner will be rewarded a one, one-time $500 sponsored by VyStar Credit Union that can be used towards exam fees, study materials, or other testing related costs.
APPLICATION DEADLINE IS NOVEMBER 15TH!
The winners will be announced at the in December at the WIA Holiday Party. Winners will be asked to show proof of seat credit purchase by March 1st the following calendar year.
AIA Women's Leadership Summit Scholarship
This scholarship will pay for the cost of admission to attend the AIA Women's Leadership Summit, which is a premier leadership summit that brings together the industry's largest network of women who are breaking down barriers, while making a difference in the world.
Jacobs Leadership Scholarship
This scholarship will help pay for a portion of tuition once selected to by apart of the JLI Program, which is a six-month leadership training program, developed to help leaders at all levels increase their emotional intelligence to become better leaders.
