Academic Alliance
The Academic Alliance is currently working with the 2+2+2 programs to set up the OFA Lecture and Scholarship Presentation on April 5th. We have use of the lobby at the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, where we will be displaying student projects. OFA will present their scholarship winners and a lecture by Brooks and Scarpa to follow (this is all open to the public and free).
The university professors requested that any AIA committee chairs and co-chairs attend and set up tables if they wish to engage students and tell them about all the different upcoming events and opportunities. Many students are eager to get involved but are not sure how to do so and this would be a fantastic opportunity to break the ice. The event is April 5 starting at 5:30 PM at the DPAC. If any committees want to join that day or need more information, please ask them to reach out to me directly.
