Job Summary:

•    Construction Administration: Support projects during the construction phase through submittal review, site visits, and coordination with construction teams to address design challenges in real time.

 

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.

•    Licensed Architect preferred; candidates actively pursuing licensure will be considered.

•    7+ years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on project management.

•    Proven ability to lead projects of varying scope and complexity.

•    Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.

•    Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.

•    Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

•    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

•    Experience in client management and business development is a plus.
